Si bien fue lanzado al mercado hace ya un tiempo, hasta ahora
ninguna página de modelismo estático en Argentina había hecho una
revisión de la misma. Bien, vayamos por partes:
La
mayor parte del kit está realizado en plástico inyectado de color
gris, con los paneles finamente grabados hacia abajo. Esto de por
sí nos adelanta un modelo de al menos buena calidad. El número de
piezas asegura un modelo con buenos detalles. Esta descripción
está simplemente generalizada para el modelista experimentado,
debido a que el modelo es multimedia y por supuesto, con cierta
complejidad en el armado . El fuselaje fue comparado con los
planos apropiados (ver fotos). Al respecto debemos decir que el
grabado de los paneles es el apropiado, es decir que no hemos
encontrado ningún faltante o sobrante. Además, el dimensionamiento
de los mismos es el correcto . Sin dudas es mejor modelo a escala
del Pucará hasta ahora realizado . Sin embargo , y siempre con
respecto a los planos comparados , hemos notado algunas
diferencias en el largo del fuselaje (es apenas mas largo), al
igual que en la cuerda alar (ver fotos). Las consideraciones del
detallado del resto de las piezas se realizarán con el armado del
modelo, en otra sección de esta página .
Las
piezas en resina, si bien son pocas, están muy bien logradas.
Sospechamos que los asientos son un poco grandes , pero eso es
sólo debido a que no tenemos con qué compararlos. De no ser así,
creemos que los asientos, por detalle, son la mejor parte de las
piezas en resina .
El
fotograbado es impresionante. Creemos que es lo que termina por
coronar a éste, en general , excelente kit en 1/72 del Pucará. Hay
que ver los detalles de tablero y paneles laterales para darse una
idea .
Las
calcas son también las correctas, no incurriendo en ningún error .
Son 4 las versiones que pueden representarse; dos corresponden al
Escuadrón Pucará en Malvinas y las otras dos a la 3° Brigada
Aérea.
Conclusiones :
Creemos que es un modelo entre excelente y muy bueno .
Dependiendo del ojo y el gusto del modelista. De lo que no cabe
ninguna duda es que bien vale la pena (¿o el gusto?) hacer este
modelo .

The model:
Although it was put into the market already a time ago, until now
no page of static modelling in Argentina had made a revision of
the same one. Well, go by parts:
Most of kit is made in gray injected plastic, with the panels
finely marked downwards. This by himself advances a model of at
least good quality. The number of pieces assures a model with good
details. This description is simply generalized for the
experienced modeller because the model is multimedia and, of
course, with certain complexity in the completion. The fuselage
was compared with the appropriate scale drawings (see photos). On
the matter I must say that the engraving of the panels is
appropriate, that is to say that we have not found some failure or
leftover. In addition, the sizing is the correct one. Without
doubts is the better scale model of the Pucara until now made.
Nevertheless, and always respect to the compared scale drawings,
we have noticed some differences in the fuselage length (is a
little long), like the wing wide (see photos). The considerations
of the detailed of the rest of the pieces will be made with the
finishing of the model in another section of this page.
The resin pieces, although are few, are very well done. We suspect
that the seats are a little big, but is that because we do not
have a piece to compare them. Otherwise we think that the seats,
by detail, are the best part of the resin pieces.
The photoetch is impressive. Let us think that is what finishes
crowning this, in general, excellent kit in 1/72 of the Pucara. It
is necessary to see the instrument panel and side panels details
to occur an idea.
The decals are also the correct ones, not incurring no error. They
are the 4 versions that can be represented; two correspond to the
Pucara Squadron in the Falklands and the other two to the 3rd.
Air Brigade.
Conclusions:
Let us think that is a model between excellent and very good.
Depending on the eye and taste of the modeller. What any doubt is
that it is worth the trouble (¿or the pleasure?) to make this
model.
